“Folk darlings Angus and Julia Stone stole more hearts last night with a spellbinding performance at the Fremantle Arts Centre.

The sibling duo took to the stage against a starlit backdrop at 8pm, with Julia launching straight into Santa Monica Dream, a tune from their latest album Down The Way.

Angus followed it up with Bella, from their debut album A Book Like This – the delicate guitar picking clear as a bell throughout the whole venue.

The tempo picked up with Julia’s rendition of For You, her voice turning from sing-song whisper to strong and passionate, adding some guts to the song.
